LFLC has given
high priority for the training and development. Company appointed
the resource persons and provided Pre-service training to its employees
at the time of starting the operation. Company has been sending
its employees of different level for different types of training
courses within Nepal and some time to Indian institutes and abroad.
Company has been developing the middle level and supervisory level
service oriented staff team in order to meet the growing challenges
of business in the future. To facilities this process the board
of directors has committed to provide some special fund for the
training and development of the employees.
